In science, there are many theories and laws, as well as various exceptions. And those exceptions are often become the “traps” in tests. To avoid those traps, it is effective to make an Error Log for a collection of mistakes and review those exceptions frequently.
When using the Log, attention should be paid to the following two points. First, review it frequently: the collection is not merely a record of mistakes. To make full use of it, you should often review or reanswer the questions in it. This will prevent you from recommitting the same error in similar questions. Second, exchange ideas: you can learn from others’ mistakes through Log exchange with your classmates.
